About our dried figs
Our dried figs come from orchards in Kandahar and the surrounding provinces, where the dry summers let the fruit dry naturally in the sun. They are soft, sweet and naturally golden to light brown.
Every lot is cleaned, sorted by size and checked for moisture and colour in Kandahar before it is packed. We send photos or samples of the lot before it ships, and arrange the export papers and freight.
